Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TS Digital Marketing Inc. ("TS Digital Marketing", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our website and our digital marketing services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you provide. When you contact us, request a consultation, or engage our services, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you include in your message.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our servers may automatically record your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, along with cookies and similar technologies used to operate and improve the site.
- Information from advertising platforms. When we manage campaigns on your behalf, we access advertising and analytics data through platform APIs (such as the Meta Marketing API and Google Ads API), including account identifiers, campaign configurations, and performance metrics.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide the services you request;
- Create, manage, measure, and optimize advertising campaigns for our clients;
- Produce reporting and analytics on campaign performance;
- Operate, secure, and improve our website; and
- Send service or marketing communications where you have permitted us to do so.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use data obtained through advertising platform APIs for any purpose other than providing and improving the services agreed with our clients.
3. Consent
When you provide personal information to complete a transaction, verify your details, place an order, or arrange a service, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason. If we ask for your information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will either ask you directly for your express consent or provide you with an opportunity to decline. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
4. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) API commitments
Our commitment to Meta Platform requirements
When we access, store, or process data through Meta's Platform APIs, including the Meta Marketing API, the Facebook Login, the Graph API, the Instagram API, and related Meta products, we commit to complying with the Meta Platform Terms, the Meta Developer Policies, and all applicable data protection laws.
Specifically, in connection with Meta APIs we make the following commitments:
- Permitted use only. We use Meta data solely to provide and improve the advertising and marketing services requested by our clients — such as creating, managing, and reporting on campaigns — and for no other purpose.
- Data we access. Depending on the permissions granted, this may include Ad Account IDs, Page and Business Manager identifiers, campaign, ad set, and ad configurations, audience and targeting settings, and aggregated performance metrics (for example impressions, reach, clicks, spend, and conversions).
- No unauthorized selling or transfer. We do not sell, license, or transfer data obtained through Meta APIs, and we do not use it to build or augment user profiles for purposes unrelated to the services, or transfer it to data brokers, ad networks, or monetization partners.
- Only necessary data, only as long as needed. We request only the permissions and data necessary to deliver the agreed services, and we retain Meta data only for as long as it is needed for those services or as required by law. We delete it upon client request or when access is no longer required.
- Security. We protect Meta data using encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and the safeguards described in the Data Security section below, consistent with Meta's data protection requirements.
- Revocation and deletion. Clients and users may revoke our access to their Meta assets at any time through their Meta account settings, or by contacting us. Upon revocation or a verified deletion request, we will delete the associated Meta data from our systems, except where retention is required by law.
- Compliance with Meta review. We cooperate with Meta's App Review, data use checkups, and any audit or monitoring processes intended to confirm our compliance with Meta's policies.
If you believe our use of Meta data is inconsistent with these commitments, please contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate promptly.
5. Third-party platforms & services
We work with trusted third-party platforms and service providers — including advertising networks, analytics providers, and hosting and payment processors — to deliver our services. These providers only have access to the information needed to perform their functions and are obligated to protect it. Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party site or application, this Privacy Policy no longer applies, and we encourage you to review the privacy policies of those third parties.
6. Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law, in response to a lawful request by a public authority, or if you violate our Terms of Service.
7. Data security
We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL, encryption of stored data using strong industry-standard algorithms, restricted role-based access, and regular review of our security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and continually improve our safeguards.
8. Data retention
We retain personal and platform data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to provide our services, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law, including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
10. Age of consent
By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. Our services are not directed to children.
11. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications take effect immediately upon posting to the website. If we are acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to provide services.
